You will need:

  • Pani Puris
  • 3 tbsp Tamarind Pulp (you can make this by soaking tamarind in warm water overnight)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 3-4 green chilies (or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp jaggery (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 packet salted boondi
  • A bottle of Vodka

Blend everything except water to make a fine paste. Strain the paste by adding some water if needed.
Mix the paste with remaining water for a smooth thin consistency.
If needed, add more lemon juice, chilly, jaggery or salt according to your liking.
Just half an hour before serving, add the salted boondi to the water
Fill 3/4th of the shot glasses with the prepared spicy water. Top it off with vodka (you can add tequila or gin too) and serve.
