Where are you this Summer? If you’re planning a trip to the Mediterranean beaches, here’s a little inspiration for your seaside day-to-evening look.

We think a bright summer polo works perfectly well when worn with a pair of chinos. It’s stylish and sexy with just the right amount of cool. We are packing the Classic Cricket Polo in Pink for this summer holiday.

Wanted: Mr. S

Who is Mr. S?

Mr. S is accused of being the most stylish man in the world.

So, what about him?

Apparently, he’s gone missing. Also known as “The Man on the Move”, he is nowhere to be found. When we went to see him at his house this morning, we found a note hanging on the door.

Why has he run away?

Well we’ll have to find it out from him, but first we need to find him.

He is leaving clues behind, so let’s crack the code together.  Come with us on this trip around the world as we look for Mr. S.

This is what you’ll have to do

You’ll have to help us guess the names of places Mr. S has been to with the clues he leaves us. That’s all!

With every destination, we will select one person with the correct answer who will get a discount code for 25% OFF.  At the end, whoever cracks the final code will be rewarded most handsomely.

The Secret Garden: The Venue

One April morning, we woke up early to reach this location we had reserved for the Lisa shoot. Between sips of coffee and setting up the camera and the makeup kit, Lisa walked in and exclaimed, “This reminds me of the Secret Garden!”

Gentle arches, soft curves, large glass windows, labyrinths and slanting sunlight, white gravel, entwining branches, withered leaves and canopies of trees. And against this soft whiteness, the new Summer Lisa ♥s Sher Singh collection.

City Snapshots

The whole cricket fever has also got us (more) interested in our cities and so some of us are planning a tour together. But before we do that, we asked some of our other colleagues who’ve already been there and done that.

Bangalore
“When I was in Bangalore a few years ago it was so green and fresh. I liked the fact that it was close to Mysore and I also liked the hotel we stayed at. I liked the snails there. They were very weird with their conical shells.”

Chennai
“The food with all the chutneys! I can just eat them. I loved the temples – beautiful architecture. I loved the silk saris and it was fascinating to see how people personalised the Chennai diamonds by inscribing messages on them.”

Delhi
“I like the fact that Delhi is a kind of place where you can remain unseen if you want or you can go out and meet everyone whenever you want. And there is so much variety in terms of food, places and people. You can go and watch a jazz concert or go partying at night.”

Kolkata
“I liked Kolkata because it’s really old and vintage with its little streets and archways. You can almost imagine the old British men and women walking around the city.”

Mumbai
“The thing about Mumbai is that you can’t miss the energy. I liked the feeling of being next to the sea. I liked the coast. But most importantly, I think I like Mumbai because of the people.”

Sher Singh-ing

There was this ad in a newspaper a few weeks ago and it said something like, “Life is too short… to be stuck in traffic jams… to hate the rains because of water logging… (and most importantly) to work in depressing offices”.

Very true. And we take that last statement very seriously at Sher Singh. So we make sure we party a lot.

And as Steve Jobs said, ‘The only way to do great work is to love what you do’.
Do you?
